The service
LessonKeep is a tool for tracking homeschool and classroom activities, generating reports, and (on paid plans) AI-assisted photo logging. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
- You may not use LessonKeep for unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing purposes.
Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload (notes, photos, reports). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.
Plans, billing, and changes
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.
- Upgrades and downgrades are pro-rated immediately.
- If you cancel, your plan continues until the end of your current billing period; access to extra-kid seats above your new plan's limit is locked at that time.
- Failed payments enter a dunning grace period; we'll show a banner asking you to update your payment method.
- We may change pricing on advance notice; changes take effect on your next renewal.

Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload, reverse engineer, or scrape the service. Don't upload malware or content you don't have rights to.
Termination
You can stop using LessonKeep at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
Disclaimer & liability
LessonKeep is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
