LessonKeep ("we", "us") provides a homeschool & classroom activity tracker. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Account data: email, password (hashed), language preference.
- Content you create: children's names, grades, subjects, activities, notes, and photos you upload.
- Usage data: sign-in timestamps, feature usage counts (e.g., daily activity counts), and basic device/browser info for security.
- Billing data: processed by Stripe (our payment processor). We store only a customer reference and subscription status — never your full card number.
How we use it
- To run the service: store your activities, generate reports, enforce plan limits.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
- To provide AI-powered photo scanning (only when you upload a photo and request a scan; images are sent to our AI provider for that single request).
- To send transactional emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, shared report links).
Children's data
Information you enter about your children is treated as your personal content. We do not market to children, do not build advertising profiles, and never sell data.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers we need to run the service: hosting, database, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and the AI provider for photo analysis. We do not sell your data.
Retention & deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Deleted accounts are scheduled for permanent purge after 30 days.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or have your data deleted by emailing support@lessonkeep.com.
